Pranic Healing Seminars
Come … experience and learn about Pranic Healing.
A 12 minute video about Pranic Healing will be presented, followed by discussion and experiments designed to help participants experience Pranic Healing Energy, plus a demonstration of a Pranic Healing Treatment.
There is no charge to attend. Pranic Healing Seminars are currently being held at the Sitka Wellness Center once every month, starting at 7:00pm.

Healing / Meditation Night Schedule
Pranic Healing of Milford presents Master Choa Kok Sui’s Planetary Meditation for Peace / Meditation on Twin Hearts twice weekly, every Tuesday evening at 7:00pm and Wednesday evening at 6:00pm at the Sitka Wellness Center in Milford. Everyone is invited to attend this uplifting and peaceful experience. $5 Donations toward continued meditation practice are welcomed (link).
Please note the following: Due to program changes at Sitka Wellness Center, January 2008 will be the last month for Wednesday night meditation. Starting February 2009, in conjunction with the Milford Continuing Education Program, the Tuesday night program will become a series of lectures on meditation followed by Twin Hearts Meditation.

Food Donations
When attending events at Sitka Wellness Center or any of our events, please try to remember and bring some food staples for the Food Donation Program. Items can also include bars of soap, toothpaste, and other personal hygienic products because the Food Stamp Program does not cover these types of essentials. There is a box in the kitchen area where you can place your packages. Thanks for your help in this very worthy cause!
